Pricing.
Priced per user by the job.
Every plan includes everyone in your shop — owner, estimator, office, templater, install. The bill scales with how many jobs you do, not how many people you let in.

Enterprise — Custom pricing
60+ jobs/month
For shops doing serious volume, multi-location operations, or anyone whose situation doesn't fit the standard tiers.
Everything in the Production plan, plus:
- Custom job limits
- Dedicated onboarding
- Direct line to the team
Same features. Different volume.
Every plan includes every part of UpdatesPad — CRM, quoting, design, jobs, scheduling, client portal, QuickBooks integration, reporting, file storage, and everything else. The only thing that changes between tiers is how many jobs your plan covers each month.
We don't lock features behind higher tiers. We don't have a "pro" version with the good stuff. Pick the plan that fits your job volume and you've got the full product.
Pay monthly or annually. Your call.
Monthly plans are flexible — pay as you go, cancel anytime. Annual plans give you two months free, billed once a year.
If you start monthly and want to switch to annual later, we'll handle it. If you start annual and need to switch back, we'll handle that too.
What counts as a "job"?
A "job" is a project that moves past the quote stage and becomes an active order in UpdatesPad. That's the moment the work becomes real — a client has approved a quote, you've created the order, and the project is in motion.
A job is counted when:
- A quote is approved and becomes an order
- An order is created directly (without going through a quote first)
A job is NOT counted when:
- A lead enters your CRM
- An opportunity is created in your pipeline
- A quote is built and sent
- A quote is declined or expires
- An estimate is given verbally and never enters UpdatesPad as a quote
So if you quote 80 jobs in a month and 30 of them get approved and turn into orders, you've used 30 jobs of your plan. The other 50 quotes don't count.
This is on purpose. We don't want to charge you for hustle. We charge for the work that actually moves forward.
